STRETCH SESSION This 30-min tune-up, and/or maintenance is perfect for the every-day athlete, weekend warrior and anyone with tense, restricted muscles & joints. Accomplished Muscular Therapist, athlete, busy mom and former marathon runner, Cindy Strong LMT uses assisted stretching techniques to relieve muscle and joint stiffness, increase range-of-motion & get you moving again! Stretch Session is also a stretch lesson, as Cindy teaches you stretches to use at home. Client should wear work-out type clothing and will remain clothed.
